Information Communication Technologies (ICTs) are recognized as very important tools for delivering public services and supporting progress towards the SDGs realisation. Specifically, digital innovations are needed to ameliorate the persistent digital divide and other unique challenges facing the developing countries as ours.
Members of the Innovation Council for Nigeria comprise of oustanding digital enterpreneurs who have at one time or another researched, designed and developed great innovation with positive social impact on the Nigerian Society and beyond.

Cinderella Temitope Ochu is a prolific researcher with strong analytical skill sharpened by national and international exposure in academia.
She bagged a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Studies and Diplomacy with a second class upper division at the University of Beninthen proceeded for her Masters Degree (M.A, History) in the same institution.
With a thesis on gender, Ochu’s passion for the study of women has grown expansively, thus, she has worked on several articles on gender as it relates to politics, economy, culture and environment. I was given a letter of commendation by the Group Managing Director in 2013 staff evaluation year. • I later Headed Public Sector and Non-Interest Banking wherein we pioneered the Non- interest Banking business and grew its deposit base from zero to N5.5Billion within 2years, with only two ordinary non-lending Asset products. If we had more Asset products we could have generated not less than N50Billion liabilities within the same period. The Bank was processing for approval of more asset products from, the Central Bank, at the time of my early retirement/disengagement. July 1996 - 2000 Stanbic Merchant Bank Limited Assistant General Manager- Northern Area Office Key role and achievements • I was hired in 1996, as a Senior Manager, with a mandate to turnaround the only Northern Branch office of the Bank failing which the Branch would be closed down due to its history of non-performance. • My team Managed to turn the Branch around back to profitability (N3Million) within my first year of engagement. I was promoted to the position of Assistant General Manager (AGM) after one year and given an added mandate/responsibility to establish Abuja Branch and Manage the two Branches (Abuja/Kano) as Zonal Manager. • I managed the two Branches profitably up to my exit in December, 2000. • My engagement in the Branch also helped to improve the Bank’s visibility in the North which was grossly lacking.
